Bookings can be made through our online platform, via email, or social media messaging platforms, including Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Booking confirmation is provided in writing through the same platform used for the booking.
The quoted price covers direct travel costs only. Additional charges such as tolls, congestion fees, or parking expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Each vehicle will transport only the legally permitted number of passengers. It is prohibited to overload the car beyond its licensed capacity.
The driver reserves the right to refuse transport of passengers due to excessive or unsafe luggage conditions. No refunds are provided under these circumstances.
The company is not liable for the safety, loss, or damage of any personal items left or transported in the vehicle. Lost property should be reported to us and to the Police promptly.
Service may be refused to any passenger deemed a risk to the health and safety of the vehicle and its occupants, including those who are ill or behave inappropriately.
Passengers are financially responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle.
All passengers must wear seat belts. The installation and safety of child seats are the passengers’ responsibility, though their use is recommended.
The company may cancel services without penalty in severe weather conditions, following the advice of authorities. A full refund will be provided, but no additional compensation will be offered.
Complaints must be reported immediately or through a formal complaint via email within 5 days of the service date.
